Athletics

Athletics is for jumping, climbing, swimming, and other such tasks.

Ability Score: Strength
Armor Penalty reduces this skill.

If you take damage while making an Athletics check, you add 10 to the DC of the check.


Climbing

Climbing up walls, cliffs, ledges, and other such a surfaces. Climbing is done as part of your movement and you climb at half your movement speed. In order to climb at your full movement speed, add a +10 to the DC.

Jump

As part of a movement you're able to jump, either straight up (a high jump) or across a surface or ledge (long jump).

A running start grants a +2k0 to a long jump.

The DC for a 1 square high jump is 5 plus another 10 for every 1 square.

The DC for a 1 square long jump is 5 plus another 5 for every 1 square.

Swim

As part of a movement you're able to swim. Swimming is done at half of your movement speed at a DC 20, or your full movement speed at a DC 40.
